The shade I received does not hang…
The shade I received does not hang properly. It does not fully connect at the top rail and slants to the left when up or down in any position. It does not look good.

Horrible mounting hardware and screws
Horrible mounting hardware and screws! Can't install them without a couple extra hours at the hardware store and wood shims if that will even work.

Sorry you feel this way. At Cityshade we have high-quality product to fit every budget. We have four categories of high-quality fabric pricing. I would recommend looking into price category 1 for something that is more affordable.

Free sample
I'm about to purchase $900.00 worth of shades so I ordered a sample first to make sure it's what I want. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have not received anything yet. May have to look elsewhere.

I see you placed your order right before the Christmas holiday, and we shipped it right after the Christmas holiday.
