They were responsive to my concerns and questions- articulate and clear with their recommendations, and everything worked out exactly as they said it would. I only have one last inquiry that was never responded to and that is installing the cord keeper on my blinds, I emailed but didn’t it hear back from them. UPDATE: City Shades responded right away to my cord keeper issue. Working late on a Friday they sent me instructional videos and on Monday I have no doubt they will send out the new cord keeper that is appropriate for my type of window- they were not at fault in this I just have an unusual window design that’s all. Customer service top notch!

I’ve ordered these types of blinds, zebra shades, from your company and one other. Your blinds are sturdy and well made. The other companies Not so much. You were also 1/3 the price of the others. They are perfect in every way and look fantastic in the room

Everything was great from all the Help ordering the swatches to ordering the materials and getting them shipped out was a pleasurable experience. It wasn't a super big order, but you guys and girls handled it like it was $1 million project. It was a simple process and that goes a long way. Thanks again.
