Great product price and customer service! Easy to instsll

From the free samples to the final product, our whole experience using city shade was great! The Roman shades and roller blinds are perfect in our space and do a great job blocking our the light. They are good quality and made well. Very happy with them and the price.

I was pleased to have received emails telling me that my order was received, another that told me when it was being made and then again when it was complete and being shipped. The shade is very high quality and cut exactly as it was ordered. The only issue was my error in choosing 48” long. I have no idea how I didn’t catch my typo, it was supposed to be 58”. I checked my order details twice! Hopefully in the near future I will order it again with the corrected length.

I really really like the product. The only issue it takes a little longer to get the product... but it woth the Wait. But I think the delivery time. Or time frame to received the product should be faster. Love the quality. Great and good product. They should sell it at Amazon.

Customer service was great and my blackout shade is quality!
