The roller blades and is sturdy and looks great! I was missing 2 screws to attach the cover on the cord safety device, so I emailed them, and right away they packaged and sent what I need to complete the installation. Very friendly!

CityShade is amazing! After getting a great price on two roman shades, I was able to get the two shades shipped earlier in order for my husband to help me hang them before he went on a business trip. I just received the shades and had two contacts from the company let me know they were delivered, and ensure I was aware they made it safely to their destination.
