This site is complete crap. Terrible customer service representatives who only know how to use the same bullsh*t template to respond to problems. The driver who was supposed to ship my animal stole my money and never contacted me again. They refuse to refund my money and make things right. I am beyond pis*ed. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!

I was little hesitant but very pleased with the service! If I need to use the service again I will definitely use Citizen Shipper again!!

One of those really pleasant surprises where you randomly Google search something, a company comes up and you take a chance. I’m so glad I did. Citizen Shipper was a great choice. Their driver Anisim was kind, helpful and on time. I would definitely use this service again.

This was our first experience using CitizenShipper, and it was a difficult time for us having to have our puppy transported over 600 miles. The process was quick and easy, and we had a competitive bid promptly. The job was arranged for the next business day, and was completed on time. Our driver was professional and courteous, and put our minds at ease. He gave us several updates along the way, which was very much appreciated. Overall, couldn't be happier with the logistics and the service.

I have nothing but good things to say about Erica and Bill. They shipped my cat in a timely matter, treated my cat with love and respect, and were always available when I had questions. I would definitely recomend their services to anyone who needs a pet shipped.

CITIZEN SHIPPER OWES me $100, two, yes 2, DRIVERS OWE ME OVER $550.00 , NO DELIVERY, OFF THE RADAR, CITIZEN SHIPPER WILL NOT DO ANYTHING EXCEPT SEND YOU A NASTY NOTE SAYING THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, CALL LOCAL POLICE. I would recommend this company to anyone the first day that I signup. I started to get offers and the same day I found that person to transport my puppy.
