We contracted a transporter from Citizen Shipper. I work in transportation and can definitely give this platform 5 stars. The website, setup, posting, bidding and communication process is super easy to use. There are no hidden information. We used Brown Transportation and Alex delivered our 8 week old puppy from OR to MN, everything was perfect. He was very responsive, taking pics along the way and stopping often providing updates. He was professional and provided many items at no charge from puppy pads, dishes, etc. We would definitely use him again if we decide to add another fur member to the family!

My daughter was ripped off by the driver Josh. She is in the Air Force and reported for her new assignment in California. Could not find an apartment that took pets in time for her to report for duty so we contacted Citizen Shipper. Tyler Shaw contacted us and then referred her to call Josh who was to be the driver. He collected half the money up front only because my daughter didn't get paid until the end of month when he was going to pick up the cats to bring them to me. Josh never showed up and disconnected his phone. Now she is out $300 and is in a terrible situation because she reports for duty today and there is no one to care for the cats. Unless this gets resolved we are contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as local Prosecuting Attorneys office in Yuba City. We will also be posting negative reviews on YELP, FACEBOOK, and all Social Media. Are all these reviews fictional????? The reviews are the reason we used Citizen Shippers to take the cats across country. VERY UPSET DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Where does it go into such great detail about your "3rd Party Contractors" about pay and also practices? This driver had all 5 stars and great reviews. He told my daughter this was how he could save her a little bit of money since she was in the military. He represented Citizen Shipper not his own independent company. I get very annoyed when you post a negative review because of a horrible experience and somehow the company is never in the wrong. It's always our fault. Well my daughter did as she was told by someone representing Citizen Shipper and was happy to see him offer a discount for the Military of the fee. We get screwed no matter what it seems.

Keith, we are very sorry to hear your daughter had such an experience. However, Bailey herself told us that she contacted and agreed to all the terms with the driver off site, to avoid paying the booking fees. As one part of the process of booking a driver, we send all of our customers an email about best practices when it comes to sending payments to the drivers, retrievable methods they should use and any "red flags" during the booking process. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot intervene in these type of situations in regards to providing your daughter a refund, as she never booked the driver through our platform. We have banned this user from ever accessing our website again, and that is all we can do. As for you, we recommend you to contacting your local authorities to make a report. Thank you.

Service was great. Had a phenomenal driver and experience with my pet transport. Website could flow better and citizenshipper fee should be mentioned upfront.

First time user with CitizenShipper, but what an amazing business. It was an easy process to submit my needs pertaining to the type of animal, breed, weight, location of pick up and drop off. Within a couple of minutes I had six drivers that wanted to transport my dog. The team I selected picked up and delivered as scheduled and more importantly to me, provided me with pictures and updates throughout the trip. A Highly Recommended Transport Company!

Citizen shipper gave me many great options and we were able to find the perfect person for picking up our new puppy and having her driven to us! It gave me peace of mind seeing everyone reviews! The person we found - Jenkeo Delivers, was amazing with our new fur baby and sent me pics and videos along the way! She even sent me her gps so I could follow her along the trip! I would highly recommend this website and even Jen! There seemed to be many reliable shippers on there! I tried using Uship, but all of my quotes were much higher and I got about half the amount of responses to my shipment, plus the fees were higher! Thanks CitizenShipper for helping us get our fur baby to us safely and quickly!
