CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Such a great experience. I would totally recommend this app again to others.

The website was great! I plugged in my puppy’s info and when and where I needed him to be transported. Ten minutes later I started receiving bids from different drivers and was reading the drivers reviews. Very easy and smooth process and I highly recommend this platform for pup transport needs.

My goodness, where do I start? D.J. provided excellent information, care and details every step of the way. He sent pictures and updates of my boxer Blue to help ease my anxiety about such a long trip. Oh and he provided a great reasonable and competitive price. I 100% recommend him for your pet transportation needs! He is awesome 🤩

I used CitizenShipper, specifically Home Sweet Home Pets and Tow Services, to ship my new kittens from KY to NJ last week. I was so apprehensive about using a site like this....however the site was so easy to use and Terry from HSH made their journey here so smooth. I highly recommend using this company.

This company was awesome to work with and they took very good care of my dog the whole way! I got updates every couple of hours and texts saying where they were at. I would highly recommend these ladies!

Citizen Shipper responded immediately with questions I had, even though it was a weekend. The Alpha Team I chose to transport my dog were awesome. Timely and considerate .. felt like family

At first I was not familiar with the service, but I was amazed so receive so many quality bids on my transport so quickly. Amazing service connected me with an outstanding puppy transport partner. Thank you!

Citizen shipper is good for the volume of vendors they put u intouch with but they have hidden fees I was over charged 2times in same transaction and don’t mention there fees till u have booked your trip and how can u charge and extra fee for a trip that’s over 1000 miles u r not the transporter one flat rate should be implied for using your site. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard and they don’t let you know this until the end.But if u r looking to have a pet transported pick K9 LIVES TRANSPORT Mark was AMAZING picked my 8week old Belgian Malionos up In FL and had him to me same time the next morning happy health perfect great communication and great price 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way !!!
