I love delivering pets for this company
This is a great company to work with. I deliver pets and am on multiple loadboards, but 90% of my deliveries are made through Citizenshipper. The main reason is because they charge their customers less, leaving a more competitive profit for the delivery companies. I like their website, as it is easy to maneuver through, and contains all the info needed to do the job.

I had live GPS on the puppy!
Driver kept me updated all throughout the ride. He was kind, understanding, friendly and patient. He would send me pictures along the way and I had live GPS. I highly recommend! It was my first time ever transporting a puppy like this so I was skeptical and worried but in the end I had nothing to worry about!

Great place to request help
Great place to put up a request for pet transport. I’ve used this twice and each time have had great experience. It is an easy platform to use, quickly received quotes, the transporter was professional. The pick up and drop off was fast and easy. I received many quotes to choose from. The quotes that the professionals responded with were all quick and comparable. The ease of communication within the app was acceptable. The citizen shopper website is easy to navigate. The profiles of the professionals are detailed and contained everything I wanted to know about the professional. I felt confident in my decision to use the professional I chose. I’m sure citizen shipper would be there to assist me in any troubles if I had experienced them. I plan to use the service in the future. Seems to be the only game in town at the moment anyways. I trust the company to deliver the services they describe in a professional manner. I look forward to using them in the future
