Great experience! Excellent driver. This is the second time I’ve used citizens shipper and both transporters have been great!

Kala (K&K Transport) was amazing! She drove our pup from Oregon to Wyoming and even arrived a day early! She took very good care of Pete and updated us with pictures, location, etc. I would use her again and would recommend her to anyone!

The site was easy to manage and gave me access to many pet courtiers fo choose from. Very efficient site and I would definitely recommend!

Needed a cheaper why than airplane to get my pet to my brother's. It was easy and simple to use the driver was awesome and my baby is now with me. I had a few bids to start and spoke with multiple people, reviewing their accounts and past history. I was skeptical about using this as my dog is extraordinarily special to me. Just as in was to accept a bid another diver swooped in with a low bid and even took more off for me making my life WAY easier! The driver kept in touch was very pleasent and thorough, even had a brand new cage for my puppy to ride in. How could you possibly as for anything more than that? My only complaint would have to be that you are unable to respond to other bidders after you've accepted a bid. So its concerning because I hate just ghosting people and not being able to apologize or thank them for their bid and willingness to drive 5+ hours to bring my sweet fur baby to my size healthy and happy. My biggest concern at the start was that I needed to schedule a time for them to pick up my dog that wouldn’t interfere with anyone else’ schedule and that I would have arrived at my destination when I needed to have. Due to the fact that I was flying out of a small airport and into a large airport with lay overs I needed to make sure I was gonna have the time. The driver understood and promptly explained hat he could pick him up early and get him to me after I had already landed and was ready to have my fur baby at the new house. I even took a chance with a brand new driver with only one review who worked with me on price and gave me a low bid, he was great! It was an amazing experience and it made me less stressed about travel in the future because I know that this site will be able to match me with incredible people who will help me out. Funny enough I was in such a panic to set something up I didn’t even look at reviews on google about the site. Later found out that it has nearly a 5 star rating with over a 100 reviews and the only bad one I read was about shipping and I could totally understand why the person was upset. I have shipped through airlines as well as fedex and ups when shipping live animals around and sadly I’ve had animals die from their poor handling. With citizen shipper it’s more personal, you know people want to care for your baby the same way you do and it’s WAY cheaper. I will go with this over any other option every time I need an animal moved because it’s just so much better. Make sure as always to do your due diligence and check out peoples profiles not just their messages, it’s how I was able to see that my driver would allow counter offers and even welcomed them. Best experience ever.
