Had to find a last min shipper for our new puppy after our breeder’s transporter injured herself. CitizenShipper was very easy to use and I got many quotes within 15 min. Our shipper did a great job with our new puppy.

We bought a new puppy about 6 hours from us and really didn't want to have to drive 12 hours with two young kids. We found a great couple that brought us our pup quickly and for a SUPER reasonable price. The CitizenShipper platform was easy to use and a great service for connecting people.

The website was very easy to navigate
The website was very easy to navigate. I received quotes quickly and was able to fully review every person that bid on my shipment. That was very important to me as this was a shipment of a new family member. Very important to insure her safety even though the trip was relatively short compared to the trips these drivers usually have. Booking and messaging the drivers was also very easy and quick. I am grateful to find this site. They brought our fur baby home with ease and peace of mind. Thank you CitizenShipper!

Really Impressed with CitizenShipper!
I’d never heard of CitizenShipper but when other pet owners recommended it, I was thrilled. The experience was easy and so helpful. I was nervous enough about adopting a new puppy, but when our plans to pick him up fell through, my anxiety hit a new high. When we discovered Emi the pet nanny through CitizenShipper, she patiently texted and talked me through her extensive qualifications and process for keeping our tiny new family member safe and comfy during his 600+ mile journey with her. She kept us updated along the way with reassuring pictures and messages and arrived right on time. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again! Thank you Emi and CitizenShipper for everything!
