CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

I had Citizen Shippers bring my cat from Denver to Kansas City the did a great job. She is safe and home and happy to be with her family

This was my first time using CitizenShipper and I'm so glad I did. I was a little skeptical and extremely nervous since I've never used them before or was familiar with how it worked, but I'm so glad I did. I got my fur baby safe and sound on where he needed to go. I recommend this site to anyone looking to get their fur babies transported in a safe way! I'm glad I did this instead of using a airplane to transport them. I received many quotes when I signed up and they were all friendly and ready to answer all my questions and concerns. They all have background checked by CitizenShipper and all have experience dealing with all sort of pets. I'm glad this site ensures to have the right people for the job. My driver was amazing and kept me up to date throughout the trip. Thank you so much CitizenShipper and if I ever have to transport again, you'll be my to go company. Keep doing what you doing.

First time using citizenshipper, needed to return my uncles dog to him found a transporter, Gypsies fur pals express. They are the best!!! Kept me informed through the whole trip, and when there was a problem with the drop off (not their fault) they kept the dog till I could make other arrangements!!!! If I ever have to transport a pet again this is who I will Use again!!!!

This site was amazing. The service and transparency was phenomenal. The driver assured us our pet was in great hands. The prices are fair and overall good. I would recommend 6 stars if this was an option This will not be my last time utilizing this site. Easy to navigate and easy use on phone. Great job to the drivers and customer support team. Thanks for the overall service you provide families in time of need. Not only did they ship, I shipped from coast to coast.

Citizenshiper is Awesome!! Jack and Basil of Creature Comforts Transporters and the best at what they do and are really awesome people!! They worked within my budget but didn't skimp on the service!! I wish them much success and all the best and would recommend them to anyone!!! John Anderson - Milwaukee WI

Hello!  My testimonial is as follows; "...I've wanted to send this to you (David) because it's important to me that you are commended. I want to THANK YOU!!! YOU are a GEM and I will gladly write you a glowing testimonial  about the entire experience. Without YOUR involvement things would have ended very badly. Considering the myriad of COVID19 restrictions I feared I would never get my puppy. But you and "CitizenShipper" were a light in the dark, a prayer answered. You answered my quote request almost immediately.  Your fee was quite REASONABLE, almost generous...and well under your competitor's. Once I accepted your bid you called & we spoke briefly about the particulars, no muss no fuss, and all was a 'GO'. When You picked up the puppy you sent his picture to me, then the seller called me to verify,  and off you went! We chatted occasionally during the trip, if I texted a question you replied almost instantly. Never weird or sketchy, you were straight forward and remarkably professional!! You drove all day and night, then as you neared us you called to discuss delivery options. BONUS!!..I got to have Forrest eight hours sooner than expected!! I'm your biggest fan and I'll tell everyone how superior your blue-ribbon service is to the airlines for one's precious cargo. "Mike drop...". 🎤 You are a BEST example of a successful  professional who obviously likes making people happy! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE...EVER!! God Bless you and yours!  Lynn Duvall

Great service

I really enjoyed using CitizenShipper. As an owner of a pitbull breed, I am extremely cautious who I trust with my sweet dog. He also was not able to fly due to current restrictions. Their website was very easy to use and gave me quotes quickly. I was able to read reviews of drivers, and get bids that were very reasonable. I appreciated that the chat feature on the website was super user friendly, and that I could see all the different bids to compare and review each driver. Once I got my driver secured, it was very easy to process the payment and contact my driver. My dog arrived in Alabama safe and soundly today! They also have certified drivers, which gave me peace of mind if anything happened. If I ever needed another dog shipped, I would absolutely use CitizenShipper again!
