CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

We bought a mini Aussie puppy from a breeder in Alabama and we live in NJ, we were going to fly him but with the limited flights during this pandemic and the fact that he wouldn't be able to fly direct it broke our heart to think of him traveling in cargo for that long- then we found citizen shipper which I had never heard of and this site saved the day, within minutes we had quotes from drivers with great reviews- we booked one that day and the following day he was on the road and delivered us our little fur-baby safe and sound. I have never heard of Citizen Shipper but I am so thrilled we found them!!! Thank you CS!

Citizenshipper matched us with a dependable and safe driver to transport our new puppy to us! The Citizen Shipper platform was extremely easy to navigate. I loved how quickly I was matched with drivers. When I received quotes from Citizenshipper prospects they were open to negotiation. CitizenShipper provided us with several options for professional transporters. I was even able to pay the driver we chose using paypal, so no cash was ever exchanged!! I will definitely be recommending Citizen Shipper to friends and family.

I'm impressed! I arranged for our Scottish Terrier to be picked up in Mississippi on a Monday and be delivered to Nevada by Thursday/Friday... she arrived Wednesday morning! I was skeptical at first, but was pleased with the entire process. Brianna sent me updates and pics along the way, as well, and notified ahead of time of their early arrival. I will refer A Couple of Paws again and again. Thank you!!

My dog and cat were transported from Virginia to Texas the arrived in less than 2 days

Everything was great when I spoke to the owner (Corey). The other person I dealt with was a poor communicator. They took excellent care of my poodle! He arrived earlier than expected! Thank you Hound Haulers. I’d use them again, but won’t deal with poor communication!

Citizen Shipper customer service was able to help me get in touch with the shipper over the weekend. It wasn’t pleasant working with ADL Logistics but citizen shippers helped me find another vendor who delivered my bike in promised timeframe.

Love. I will be using it again!

Citizen shipper is a Great company easy to use and navigate. The website is user friendly. The only thing I would say is the service fee was pricey but will definitely be using Citizenshipper again!
