Jose did a fantastic job delivering our baby boy to us all the way from California to Texas!! I was really nervous since I've never used a service like this before, but he put me at ease with all the text updates, pictures of our boy, and being able to track their journey. Jose was very professional, handled my boy very well and I couldn't be happier with his overall service! I highly recommend Jose to transport your furry babies!!!

Highly recommend All Paws Aboard. Fast service and Zay communicated and send pictures/Video throughout the trip!

My dog was delivered on time. The person who delivered my dog was very well at communicating and gave me updates along the way.

What can I say!!! A heck of a lot!!! This man right here showed up and kept us updated sent us pictures of our dog. My dog got to her new home and she didn’t want to leave him. He took great care of her and also waited 45 mins for the person to pick her up!! I am truly grateful he made this trip stress free and reassured us that everything would be okay because the person was running late. I appreciate Robert so much!!!!!! Please book with him he is legit and his love for animals shows in all that he does and the way he speaks!!!! His actions speaks louder then words.

Highly recommend the site. Great experience. Everything went well.

Kristy from Open Road Hauling LLC, is a top notch professional! I’m extremely grateful and happy that I chose her service! She answered my questions promptly, and stood out head and shoulders above the others! After I signed on with her, she called me to introduce herself! She is very well spoken and extremely knowledgeable, and my breeder loved her too! She will stay in touch with you and the breeder. She loved upon my pup like it was hers! Kristy is my number one choice for precious cargo transport! Thank you Kristy❤️🤗🐾

I was so nervous to ship a 4 month old goldendoodle puppy across the country to my college daughter. Citizen Shipper made it easy for me to connect with the perfect transporter. Griffey was delivered from Florida to Kentucky with no issues. Thanks Citizen Shipper!

I had a great experience overall, the bids were extremely fast but there are a lot of automated bids that dont actually give you a price and there are some that offer you a service you specifically didn't ask or qualify for but if you just use your gut instincts and common sense its easy to weed those out. Read the reviews!! Seriously the reviews will tell you the most at the end of the day these are private citizens transporting your pet, not an actual company this is more of a marketplace to find them. I had a great experience with Whitney aka CoveredByGrace she was really kind, efficient, professional, affordable and I felt she really cared about my dog. If I ever have to transport again I would reach out to her first. I was a bit shocked to see how much the website charges as a fee that isn't included in the bid, I do think it should be lowered quite a bit, it shouldn't be calculated by mileage as there isn't any more risk on their end rather its 5 miles or 5,000 miles. I think a flat rate of $49 for small animals and $99 for large animals is more appropriate. Nonetheless I am glad a site like this exists and that I was matched with my particular transporter.
