CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

The CitizenShipper site was easy to use and helped us locate a service to transport our dog. We had quick responses and numerous quotes that we sorted through to find the best service.

Response was fast from drivers bidding. Had a cancellation from driver due to an emergency. CitizenShipper was fast to help with rescheduling and very fast to respond to my emails. I was able to reschedule with Paws VIP Express, Jim was great. Would highly recommend using this service.

The Citizen Shipper site sent my request to several pet haulers that responded. We picked Young Family Enterprises to transport our puppy from Mississippi to Oregon. The puppy was delivered in 5 days and was in good condition when received.

I have used Citizenshiper several times as we are a rescue for beagles! I love the fact that I can have dogs shipped and pulled from shelters at the spur of the moment and have always had good quality care during shipment!

I was extremely satisfied with Citizen Shipper. I had never used a shipper before so I didn't know what to expect, but the one I found exceeded my expectations. She communicated all along the way so we knew where she was and how the puppy was doing. But the best part is that when she ran into unforeseeable obstacles she acted to her own detriment to make sure the pup was delivered before the deadline, way before the deadline! If you need someone who is reliable, communicative, pleasant, careful and on time, Citizen Shipper is a great place to find one!

CitizenShipper was so easy to use and I found the perfect driver to transport to cats across country. I got numerous bids immediately and communication across the platform was streamlined and clear. What a great idea!

The person that delivered my puppy was from far the best I could ever get, he made it from Indiana to New York in a day, provided me with pictures and video of the puppy as he was taking brakes to feed him let him go potty. On top of it, he bring me a huge crate I bought for the dog for free and provided food and place him in a small crate he owned. I would recommend him to everyone and certainly will use him again!

Very happy with service. Allows for multiple bids from pet transporters, can see reviews and feedback for each company. Happy to pay their service fee to be able to source the best candidate to transport my new puppy. I wound up getting the best one, at fair price abd the experience was excellent!
