Much better option than planes
We knew nothing about this service until I had to scramble because the planes can’t transport when it’s above 85. I did some quick research and they looked legit so I posted and got a good number of replies and chose one Missy that worked out perfect for us. She transported our dog safely from Illinois to New Jersey. Our experience was great.

Highly Recommend
This is a great service that I highly recommend. They kept me updated of the long transport of my grandson's dog and took really good care of her.

I went to Citizens shipper because they…
I went to Citizens shipper because they were supposed to background check all drivers, Recommended Pup Protectors Pet Transport Service out of Texas. The owner Justin Garner didn’t pick up my pup. I get a call from a Dalton Means a day early stating he is at the pick up location now. This was a different driver who allegedly lost our dog that same night at a truck stop in the desert! They have our $500 deposit, our dog was never delivered, and they have done nothing to help our family in searching for our dog, they LOST. I do NOT recommend going through Citizens Shipper out of Texas or Pup Protectors Pet Transport Service who failed to protect my pet. It’s been over a month and is still missing, my little 17 lb baby scared and left at night in the desert!

I really liked Heather
I really liked Heather! She was very easy going and generous with her time, her space, her food even! So, the one star I deducted was more for citizenshipper to improve their criteria for shipping live animals after what I’ve experienced over air, land and sea.

Troy from Carnegie Carriers is the most trust worthy person to transport pets! He is professional and compassionate. Keeps updating you with news and handles changes in flights without negativity. I wouldn't use anyone else! Nancie from Oregon
