CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

I used this service to find someone to transport my dogs from Florida to California and the team that did it was extremely thorough and updated me along the way.

I have used citizenshipper a few times and they are wonderful!!

Great experience! Found this company thru Google and couldn't be more happy. The application is very easy to use and you get responses almost instantly and can communicate with the potential shippers, in real time chat to make sure you chose the right one for you. The payment for the service was easy and reasonable. I highly recommend this service and opportunity to chose from numerous shippers to pick the perfect one.

I am grateful to citizenshipper for connecting me with the perfect delivery person for my job. It was easy to communicate with the offering drivers about the job and get quotes. We received good service and plan to use it again if we have other jobs.

I went on their site to get estimates to have a rv shipped. I recieved an offer that was great so I booked it. I paid $179 for a booking fee. Then the driver called me and told me to send her money through cash app or PayPal and not to use the site. I told her that I would contact the company and she started to desperately send me text messages begging me to send her money. I asked citizen shipper for a refund and they said they could only credit my account. So I contacted the better business bureau and citizen shipper agreed that I was entitled to a refund. However they never gave me my money back. These people are liars and thieves. Please do not use this service.

I reached out because our dog was stranded in California. We are Ground Zero for Ida. We still do not have lights and will not for a while. This amazing couple helped me to get our dog back home. They were willing to work with me and vice versa. When you give out good God gives you good back. This was a great experience for my family and my dog Cooper was happy and treated very well. Thank you again Dan.

Quite frankly I was not going to even look at Citizen Shipper as it seemed like I could not trust it as it was a company offering transport for my lovely sweet French Bulldog. I looked at many companies and then did look at Citizen Shipper. Boy, am I glad I did! I read about so many individual people who transport dogs. So many good ones to choose from and all prices. I did finally find one that was a reasonable price (about middle range) and was very experienced (he also gave me names of prior clients I could call) and he was great and very kind towards my dog. I will also use him again!

I am so happy my niece told me about CitizenShipper! I was able to send a bunch of large items, including a men's bike, to my son in Chicago in just a couple days for a reasonable price! The driver was professional and responsive and may be my husband's new best friend (LOL!) I wish I had known about this service earlier. I will definitely use it again.
