CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Patrick was great to work with. He worked with us to our budget and time frame, And then quickly and safely brought our fur baby home. We would definitely recommend him for any pet transport.!

CitizenShipper concept is great, end result was great... But the website itself needs work. Difficult to login (just redirects to a blank screen most of the time), needed to try multiple browsers.

My experience with CitizenShipper was great! Seemless experience!

My driver canceled at the last moment due to being hospitalized and there was no way of contacting citizen shipper to make arrangements for a new driver. Needed a phone number for quick Contact!!!!

This was my 1st time using CitizenShipper. I thought the website was informative and easy to use. I will use them for future moves.

When it was time to get my dog from hundreds of miles away- I had no idea where to start! After stumbling upon citizenshipper within minutes I had numerous quotes! This is truly the way to go! Thank you!

This company does a very good job of vetting their drivers. I would trust them again

This service was a life saver. My son is in the military and needed to get his German to me (Grandma) while he would be away. I filled out the required info and within hours had 15 quotes. I hope we don’t need them again but I would only use Citizens. Have recommended them to anyone who asks about transporting a pet.
