American Airlines left me in a terrible place when after 3 flight changes, 13 hours of doing little to nothing, the cargo department found a way to prevent Hendrix, a 60lb German Shepherd mix, from flying back to Texas with me. After many discussions with different transport companies, I was told about citizenshipper.com. I set up my account in minutes and very soon had 7 companies bidding for the chance to bring him home.

I was having trouble communicating with citizenshipper and I couldn’t communicate with a live person. I sent an email and yet have not heard anything. The situation has since been addressed. But the fact that you are not easily accessible to me is a big problem. I paid for having a middle person who did nothing when I needed help.

Awesome service, received about 12 bids in about an hour and more over the next 2-6 hours. Bids varied widely from $1500 to $400 to choose a $400 bid with over 50 reviews and could have been more please with my choice...Barry's Dog Pet Services and Transport. I initially thought about driving to Florida to pick up my pup. After weighing my time, plus hotel and fuel for the 2-3 day trip plus CitizenShipper $99 fee, $500 was a bargain.

I love the two guys that we worked with, Zachary Duvall and Stacy Alexander. They were so fun to be around and made me and my family feel like we were being taken care of. They were very professional and when we received our belongings at the other end of our move, nothing was damaged and they brought everything inside and placed everything where we wanted them. I would totally request to use these guys in the future.

Very pleased with my transporter that we chose and the services she provided. We could have done without the outrageous Citizen Shipper fee that they charge separately from the actual transporter. The fee alone was almost $200 just for utilizing their service. I understand everyone has to get paid but $200 for just booking for a transporter is insane!

Flying dogs in the cabin of a commercial airliner its out for anything bigger than a small dog. I needed to get my puppy from LA to MA. Somebody told me about Citizen Shipper. I was skeptical.
