Need better payment options.
I wish there was a way to pay through citizen shipper. That is a little bit of a hassle and not the most secure way of doing things. That should be a service you provide for everyone. Other than that things were good.

I was charged $89 simply to book…
I was charged $89 simply to book through this service. The shippers charge was $350 and I knew that charge was coming and then CitizenShipper charged my card $89 for simply allowing me to see the quotes on their site. Thats pretty pricey because that fee was 25% of my total shipping fee! Never again will I use them. A nominal fees one thing but almost a hundred dollars is ridiculous. A rescue dog was what i needed transported. The shipper I chose was great but I still am not happy at the service fee Citizenshipper charged me. As far "sending a ticket" I can send a copy of the $89.99 booking fee. And yes this was paid to you on April 12th thru my bank.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. After looking at your account and further into the shipment mentioned, it does not appears that you sent in a ticket. For dog shipments, the service fee is calculated based on the total amount of miles for the trip.
