Delivery Drivers
I had no problems in locating a delivery driver thru CitizenShipper. Would use again. Drivers are screened and you can read reviews on the drivers.

This is a great website, but risky.
This is a great website, but you allowed a criminal to steal my deposit without making the pickup or delivery. You need to vet your driver's better. If someone gets a low rating you should blacklist them. Easy.
Response from CitizenShipperMay 26, 2022
Dear William, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m so sorry it fell short of your expectations, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond to your review. We always strive to facilitate a positive and memorable transport, and unfortunately we fell short this time. We care deeply about our customers, and we’re committed to constantly improving the quality of our support and services. Our team works hard to provide exceptional value through stringent ID verifications, background checks and our driver-matching services. By taking these tasks into our hands, we help save our customers time, money and unnecessary worry. Again, I apologize that your experience with CitizenShipper didn’t reflect this. We understand the importance of customer feedback — and we’re here listening with the goal to continually improve our platform. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and we will be sure to investigate into this case further.

Excellent driver and service
This driver was excellent, I worked with an excellent provider and he treated our puppy like she was his own. Our pug arrived healthy, happy and in good shape.

I was extremely happy with services for…
I was extremely happy with services for transport of my German Shepard. We’re moving from Conn Down to Texas. The transporter was excellent and I highly recommend them. He kept us informed every day about their traveling route . It was 1175 mile trip and he got her there safely and in good time manner. I’m very pleased and was use this service again.
