This was my first time scheduling a transporter and using citizenshipper. As you can imagine this was a little nerve racking for me. But after reading her reviews I had confidence in her. Pamela gave A+ service to my precious pup the whole time and A+ service to me, keeping me informed the whole time. Never once did I worry or wonder what was going on. She keeps you updated with pictures and videos, and is always reachable. She truly cares about the well being of your pet while she transports them safely to you. I highly recommend her! Citizen Shipper has a large base of available drivers. You do pay a fairly high fee for their service. It is not free. BUT, I found a wonderful driver there at a very good price. I am happy with their service.

I didn’t even know this service existed, before becoming desperate and googling. We were able to submit a ride request with our needs, and heard back from several great candidates. It was difficult narrowing it down, but we are so satisfied with the driver we chose. She did a phenomenal job transporting our dog across state borders.
