Our driver was Tiara Alsaid aka TJ or Tiara Royal as she stated. Long story short out 11month old puppy was driven for 5 days from NY to FL. It was supposed to be a 3 day trip. She gave us the runaround with many excuses to why she was late. 5 days later she texts and says she's at a nearby McDonald's not my home. I show up and she says Scooby's in his crate. I look and he's DEAD!! Ice cold and stiff despite her claiming her choked on something tiny only 30 mins prior.(She had a small black rock the size of half an almond in her hand claiming he spit that out) I AM DEVASTATED. He clearly died of heatstroke (as he was very dry in his mouth and no urine or feces in his crate)while this person drive around collecting other people's pets. She offered no explanation but instead drove off striking me with her U-Haul van in the process. Citizenshipper says she was not authorized or screened to transport and she was using another screened person named Isaiah's account. Do not trust this site. We did and our beloved Scooby aka Lil Eyes is dead.

App was easy to use and courier was great. Just not sure $160 fee from Citizen Shipper is worth it. With that fee rate, it will be a last resort.

We chose Terri T company to do our transporting and this is our review for how they did. The pickup driver was friendly and knowledgeable about when our puppy would get to her new home and if I texted she was right back in communication with me and crates were clean and our puppy was delivered in a timely manner and still clean from pickup at our home. We will use them again for shipping and recommend to others also. We had several bids from citizenship.com anywhere from 300 - 1400 for delivery to the same house and their was a booking fee just to use Citizenship.com to get to a driver for transport. I think it would of been nice to know upfront that their is a fee for booking and a different fee for the actual transporting of the puppy. I ended up having to ask all my questions to Terri T. to see how to go about trying to get my new puppy to her new owners and she answered everything I needed to know to get the job done. Definitely recommend her and her company. We do have a regular transporter company that we use but with the planes not transporting animals because of the heat he got backed up on the west coast and it was 2 weeks of no answers or communication before he said he couldn't do the job so I had to look for a new transporter and I will continue to use her as my full time shipper for puppies.

It was inexpensive and fast

Was nice to be able to get so many quotes (20+) from one source to transport our 8-wk-old puppy. Only complaint was that the fees seemed quite high for the service effort required (ca. $92, which was in addition to the charges paid to the driver). Furthermore, when I first tried to book a driver, the fee was $82 but the charge wouldn't go through for some reason (even though my cc info was correct). When I resubmitted my booking request, the fee had been raised to $92. Seems like the charges applicable when my RFQ was first submitted should have been honored.

Pawfect partners did an amazing job of transporting my 3 cats and my German Shepherd. I am very impressed! They were constantly brainstorming for ways to help pets feel safe and secure since my pets were all rescued from serious trauma and I was worried the move would make that hard again. But the animals did extremely well and they made sure the animals could see each other. Highly recommend them.
