I am giving five stars because my driver was professional, kind and courteous. However, I am extremely disappointed in the CitizenShipper service. I had no idea the service fee was in addition to the negotiated price with the driver. CitizenShipper needs to put that promentently on their website. Then the service fee was ridiculously high. The service fee was close to 30% of the total delivery fee. I don't know if I would have booked if I had known such UPFRONT AND FIRST. I think its a bit deceptive on behalf of CitzenShipper. I in no way put this on the wonderful drivers. This goes squarely on CitzenShipper owners/managers. It almost a type of "bait and switch". I am all for a fair service charge, or even this absorbent service charge if ITS PROMENTENTLY DISCLOSED UP FRONT.

CitizenShipper was amazing. All bidding platforms should use it as a model. The matches for transporting our puppy were perfect. I love that we can see what certification each transporter has. I love the ease of communications provided by the platform with multiple shippers. The booking process is as simple as a buttong click. You can bookmark your favorite transporters to make it easy to narrow down your choice. You can choose how the site notifies you of communications. The app functions and info provided were more than I could have even thought of. Top notch service and perfect functionality of the app. Will definitely be using again.

We were very pleased with this website because they gave us a choice of many different people to transport our puppy. We were able to talk to the people ask them questions get their prices it was well worth the see that the website charges to have peace of mind with the person that you choose to bring your little puppy home

Thanks to Citizen Shipper, I was able to vet a number of possible transport options for our cat. I felt we were able to secure the best transport experience, and were very happy with the result.

This was amazing service !!!! Quick, responsible , on time and amazing communication !! I got pictures the whole time , the location was shared . Layla was so happy and well thank cared of ! This the 2nd time we use you guys and we couldn’t have chosen a better company !!! If you thinking about it don’t !!! Use this service !
