Great experience and communication! Kittens are at their new mommy, safe and sound

Overall the process was simple. The only issue I had was with the cost of the service. It should have been more up front of the total cost. The $199 fee should have been explained before I accepted the quote.

My driver was awesome!! Will book her again!

Great experience, fantastic providers

I wasn't sure about finding a courier online for my beautiful cats but Citizenshipper offered a wide variety of couriers. I finally summoned the courage to hire a courier and I couldn't have been more pleased!!! Thank you!

This is a great option for getting help transporting pets. We used Citizen Shipper which overall was a great experience. Our transporter picked up on time and communicated well. During the transport they had a vehicle problem which delayed delivery of our pets by 36 hours. Pet Tasker worked to resolve the issue and ultimately our pets made it to our new home safe and happy. My feedback would be that I wish Pet Tasked communicated proactively and more often throughout the delay as it was extremely stressful.

Great experience with CitizenShipper to connect with a father/son transport business to have our boat transported from Ohio to New Hampshire.

satisfied with the service provided my dog arrived on time and was well cared for
