My driver was A+ . Citizen shipper fee of almost 90 is ridiculous
My driver was A+ but the almost 90 dollar fee you charge is ridiculous.

Great platform...
Great platform to contact customers to small business transportation companies. I do think though that CitizenShipper charges too much just to link the customer to a local Shipper. Because of that high price, the Shippers ALL stated in their first contact that the price we pay CitizenShipper does NOT go towards the Shipper - I believe they are telling us that because the fee is steep and customers would assume that fee goes towards their Shipper cost.

Satisfied customer…
When I completed information page and submitted it with in minutes I started receiving bids from the different transportation companies. After I booked my transportation company the bids stopped so there was no excessive bids that came in which is very appreciated.

Connected us to a great caredriver!
Thank Goodness for such an important service and for connecting our family with a great care driver for our sweet doggo! Will definitely use CS again if we need it, and the same professional, as well. We received plenty of quotes from several individuals to choose from, too. 👍 Very happy with our experience!

Reunited with my fur baby
CitizenShipper connected me with multiple drivers and allowed me to find the perfect fit to transport my valuable fur family. I am beyond happy with the driver and am happy I chose this option to reunite our family all back together again.

Saved me much time, and I got a quality, caring transporter for our new puppy
Very easy to use this site to be connected with a variety of people who can transport my dog. I got quotes from some which was the most helpful part, but also you get to read their profile and see what is important to them. We picked someone who did a fantastic job for us for a low price and we tipped her well because it felt right. The site saved me alot of time after contacting several places one by one and not hearing back from many, and too complex of messages from some. This place made it all very seamless.
