MUCH Better Than Flying
We didn’t want to fly our dog because we read up on how stressful it is and with airlines canceling left and right it didn’t feel like a secure option. I decided to get quotes to drive him, but everything was too expensive. Finally someone linked me this website and I was amazed there was such a service. I called it the Uber for pets. Everything is super simple and you get quotes from individuals immediately. Everyone responds quickly too. I love that you can see the driver’s profile, so you feel secure booking the service. If we have to move across country again I’m definitely using them again!

This was my first-time using Citizen…
This was my first-time using Citizen and I liked it. I was able to look at a number of carriers and I was very happy with my choice.

Overall experience was very nice
Overall experience was very nice. The driver I contracted with was exceptional. It was difficult to find the “fee” to be charged by citizenShipper before I began the booking processing. And I thought it was a bit high $109 on a $500 dollar transaction ( 25%).

Good Service
Good service and good customer care. My only suggestion is to have Sunday customer care hours, as my shipment traveled on a weekend and I thought I might need help from customer support on Sunday and it would not have been available until Monday.
