Coming Home did great with the delivery! Pickup times and drop were accurate. They communicated GREAT! Highly recommend and thank you taking care of my new furever baby! ❤️❤️❤️

Simeon made the experience great. I do wish I knew up front about the $250 charge to Citizen shipper in addition to what I paid Simeon....

Better than U ship . Gets you in touch with real drivers not brokers who dont have a driver .

I was moved from Missouri to Oregon after a coma. I was so ready to get my pitti here and I am SOO GREATFUL I CHOSE THIS COMPANY! I would give a million stars if I could! They were professional, kind, prompt, and reasonably priced. They contacted me with texts, pictures, and videos without being asked by me but when I did contact them Kristal got back to me almost immediately, unless she was driving, but always VERY quickly. I couldn't believe her devotion and positive energy for the job at hand! My dog had been thru major trauma and I was terrified to put him with strangers but when they arrived ( mister, my dog) was sad to see them go and even moped a little. They even were kind enough to bring a painting they did not get paid to transport, just because my in-laws asked them to. I AM OVER THE MOON WITH HAPPINESS AND SATISFACTION! THIS WILL BE THE ONLY COMPANY I WILL EVER RECOMMEND OR EVER USE FOR MYSELF! Thank you for making a difficult situation VERY easy and happy!!

Your driver Rick was extremely nice and very caring as well as always keeping me updated. If I need a transportation service I definitely will request Rick.

I utilized CitizenShipper's service to find a transporter for a motorcycle that I had purchased. CitizenShipper assured me the hired transporter had insurance. Unfortunately and incident occurred and in transit the motorcycle was damaged. I had asked CitizenShipper repeatedly to assist me as the transporter was not forth coming or honest in respect to having insurance. In fact it was not until a month later after going back and forth with insurance agents, I then discover the transporter does NOT have carrier coverage. I then reported this to CitizenShipper looking for direction and assistance. No assistance was provided, only emails with, "Sorry to hear that you are continuing to experience this issue with the transporter." Well now I have issue with CitizenShipper as they are the face of the business that is promoting the transporter. Shame on them for taking my money and not doing their due diligence in vetting their hired contractor and verifying if their insurance is in full force and effect. It would have spared me a lot of money and time wasted.

Great service! A plus!! Would use them again!

Great experience! Cats got moved safely
