Very helpful, pet friendly courteous and reliable
These people made it a point to get in touch regularly and pick up and deliver my precious cargo as promised. I will recommend them and would use again if the need ever comes up.

Nathan was great!
Nathan was great. He sent pictures, answered questions, and seemed to genuinely care about my puppy. Overall this company was responsive and patient with me as I had many questions. We even had to make a last minute arrangement on pick up and they were happy to accommodate

MILITARY PCS
MILITARY PCS My dog got denied his flight because the destination temp rose 1 degree over the 80 degree limit the morning of our flight. Luckily citizenshipper was easy and fast. I was able to arrange someone to drive my dog from VA to AL while my Family was traveling from VA to HI almost effortlessly. So great full for this program and the people working it, it kept the 5th member of our family out of a kennel and instead with Family until the temps are safe for his travel here in HI.

Awesome customer service
After having a last minute cancellation from a driver we were able to use CitizenShipper for a second booking and get next day service. The team at CitizenShipper refunded our initial booking fee and even took the time to chat with me via phone. We loved our second booking service and will definitely come back
