Wow-what a pleasant experience!!
Wow! I just cannot believe how helpful and quickly Citizen Shippers was able to provide me with 17 plus quotes (all seemed great to me) during the worrisome time of having to ship my dog. With regular updates along the way my family was easily able to tune in to Luna’s happy “to Pennsylvania” trip. I will recommend Road Dawz and “Citizen Shipper” to anyone in the predicament of having to ship their pet!

High fee for placement.
I think the fee is high. I got the service I needed, but the fee was not what I was expecting. Also, the fact that some shippers did not have reviews but have external websites with reviews made it hard to determine the quality of some shippers.

Dear Sarah, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We care deeply about our customers, and we’re committed to constantly improving the quality of our support and services. Our team works hard to provide exceptional value through stringent driver screening, ID verifications, access to 24/7 televet care and the $1,000 pet protection coverage that we offer for every transport. This helps save our customers time, money and unnecessary worry. We understand the importance of feedback. We’re here listening with the goal to improve our services for you, our customer, and your beloved pets. Please email [email protected] if I can be of further assistance.
