I was skeptical at first because you get to hear from people you did not know and you had to trust them with your pet. Well Michael O did not come to play. He did exactly what he promised delivered my pet from Michigan to Florida left on Sunday I received him on Monday afternoon. Great service for people who do not want to or can not travel with their pets. Very happy with my driver and Citzen Shipper. They also give great discounts for fee for citizen shipper

Impossible to get a refund for a cancellation
I have sent and tried multiple times to cancel the request I sent on Dec 26th and receive a refund. I’ve had so many issues with this service and am extremely disappointed First, the driver Leroy Harris that was hired by State 2 State, contacted me several times over 3 days with many car issues, lost phone and I after I sent him $500 deposit, I finally cancelled and he to this day has not refunded my money and not responded to me. Secondly, I’ve tried to cancel the request from Dec 26th several times and have my money refunded as I had to fly and drive my pet 2600 miles myself but still have had no response! The site continues to give me an error so I contacted customer service multiple times and still no response. I’d steer clear of this company…

Great Hub Site for Pets and Unique Shipments!
This is a great hub for pet and unique shippers. I've used other shipping hub sites, as I used to be a Great Dane Breeder, and this is the most efficient hub I have used. This will always be my first choice!
