Citizen Shipper to the rescue!
When the pet foster turned into a nightmare we knew we had to get our fur baby to a better place sooner rather than later. We turned to Citizen shipper to find a reliable and responsible solution to get our pup from Wyoming to Idaho. Citizen Shipper was a great resource for pet transport and pet nanny services! We contracted Peace, Love, Paws Pet Nanny through Citizen Shipper. Emi was amazing with our fur baby and got him to his destination safely and with love. Highly recommend both Citizen Shipper and Peace Love Paws Pet Nanny!

First Timer Experience
This was my first time ever using a transport site/business and I never knew how affordable, dependable and easy it could be! Citizen shipper provides the platform in which you can pick the right company at the right price that fits your needs. I couldn’t believe how efficient everything went and I received a better deal than I ever expected with my shipment arriving right on time! Incredibly satisfied customer here and I will most definitely return here with any future needs! Exceptional.

Bad Contractor - Neutral CitizenShipper
The site itself was good; unfortunately I had a bad experience with my first contractor and lost a lot of money. Unfortunately, they couldn't help. If anything, I wish CitizenShipper would generate a report I could easily pull to use to report with my bank to report theft. Would've made my experience better.

The booking fee is ridiculous
The booking fee is ridiculous. Then you guys turned around after my driver saved me some money and threatened to lock her out of her account if she didnt pay the money “you guys lost”. I dont think its fair we have to pay so much money based on location when citizenshipper doesnt even deliver the item. You guys were trying to charge me over $200 just to BOOK through your site. Never booking through citizenshipper again. Worst fees ive seen to date.
