Ease of booking and when my driver pulled out I sent an email to customer service to ask how to go about booking another without losing my payment to the company. They responded really quickly and the process was really simple.

This company does the bare minimum and lets scammers in. They even admitted to me they know their system is flawed and they don’t communicate guidelines well. They also assure you all transporters are safe and that a transporter with no reviews or stars has to start off somewhere, but rest assured they check them out. They do not do this. They only see if the license is valid. They do not do a background check on these “new” people. The person that stole from me had a criminal record with tons of arrests and a warrant. I started to notice a change in language patterns and then started to research the person because I asked for a picture of their license. It’s my fault for sending the money via zelle and I will make sure Zelle as well as CitizenShipper changes their policies because both take no responsibility for letting scammers do what they do. The bare minimum CitizenShipper should have done was a background check. You can’t even DoorDash without one and proof of car insurance. They do not do this. They let anyone in with a valid license. Think about it. Think about giving someone your home address without a background check and the possibility of getting murdered or hurt? The spot I put the breeder in! What if they had met up and hurt them, stole the dog and then flipped it? Citizenshipper put TWO families at risk because they don’t require all transporters to have a background check. That’s vile and criminal to find out AFTER you’ve been stolen from. I had to contact the FBI, FTC, State Attorney in Tx and my state. I will stop them. If anyone has had the same experience, please do the same and make sure they are held responsible because another transporter told me they get contacted OFTEN every week with people like me who got scammed from Citizenshipper. They need to be held liable.
