The Shipper was excellent, but we should have been made aware of the $150 fee for CitizenShipper from the start, since it’s based on mileage, prior to the time of booking.

I had a great experience with them, delivering a rescue dog from Arizona to his forever home in Colorado

I had to have 2 big wild dogs transported 2 states away in an emergency situation, and found the perfect professional to do this very difficult job.

The service provided by the carrier was excellent. Perhaps the fee that CitizenShipper charges is mentioned somewhere, and I missed it but I was a bit surprised when it was not included in the bid. I'd say it should be a little more clear that the bid is not the full cost.

I had a good shipper the second time , but the first shipper I booked stole 600 dollars from me .. I never got that back. It was very costly to have to rebook and pay another 600. I felt Citizen shipper should have paid back that money or at least half, blocking the shipper didn't help me a bit. They did waive the fee for me the second time ( 150) which helped. There needs to be very tight regulations when people's money and pets or goods are involved. Do a better job and keep your clients happy...
