Platform no guarantees
This platform only connects you with a transporter while taking an abnominal fee from the transporter and from the customer….while this site has no guarantees or recourse that your shipment will be picked up. For the fee that they charge I would expect that there’s some money back guarantees if the transporter disappears after taking your deposit. This site has to do a better job

Overpriced
The site works OK, but the fee is exorbitant for what they do.

Made me feel so comfortable knowing my fur baby was in good hands. Great communication. Never having to wonder where my dog was at. They chaired live locations with me and kept in touch with status updates. I would use them again and again. Thank you.

Citizen Shipper is the best option if you can’t do it yourself
This was my first time using Citizen Shipper. I received a dozen quotes in the first 20 minutes. All price ranges, all sorts of delivery options. Ratings were invaluable in my final choice and I was not disappointed in my choice. My puppy arrived clean, happy and on time. Citizen Shipper is the best option if you can’t do it yourself
