CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Very professional! Constant contact and answered all my questions.

CitizenShipper provided us with the opportunity to review numerous pet shippers all in one place. It was a lot less stressful than trying to find them on our own. Our selected shipper was amazing and everything went smoothly.

The experience of recieving so many quotes and personal messages was great. The only recommendation I have that would have made my experience better would have been to be made aware of the additional $159 charge by citizenshipper prior to even getting a quote. It was very unconfortable having the conversation and approving a price with the transporter directly, to then realize I needed an additional $159 on top of that. Maybe a little check box to let the user know about the additional charge would be very helpful.

Made a very stressful event very easy Drivers were amazing and very accommodating I highly recommend this service and would not hesitate to use it again

The driver was great with my dog. He came in time and was at the other destination in the time frame he said. He leopard me informed along the trip.

Easy to navigate and see all options (bids). It would be nice to be able to delete bids, for future reference.

Citizen shipper makes it so easy to find someone who can ship pets! And they can find someone to ship almost anything! I have y Used them twice to find someone who can ship my pets and always been very satisfied! Once by plan and once by car. Great quotes! And so many options to choose from!

This was a great service. They matched me up with over 30 animals shippers. I like how they vetted them before hand, and had bios on them. The quality of people on there is great, I was really happy with the service I received.
