Weston with WLG was awesome. Using this site was quick, easy, and convenient.

Can I leave a zero ??? I was excited when I heard about citizen shipper. I immediately made a profile and started making bids. This is when I began to notice that I was always being bought out by people who submitted bids that didn’t even cover gas/airfare for the trips I had bid on. This makes me wonder if a lot of the bid winners had flight benes bc the chosen bid pricing was always so cheap that someone would lose money had they had no incentive or support to pad the chosen bid pricing. Long story short, I noticed two charges on my account for $39.99 and then later , one for $29.99. I had no idea that I had been signed up for a subscription, let alone a subscription that costed $39.99, per month. This $39.99 subscription might be cool if I signed up for it, or if I ever won a bid but i am sorry, I won’t fly to Ohio to Drop a dog off and then return home for $200. So, after finding this out-I try to contact CS and there is not a phone number anywhere. Then I sent an email and was told I would not be refunded(I have a receipt btw). I explained my whole sitch to whomever answered my email and they didn’t seem to care. Now I’m down about $110 for something i didn’t even use and CS could care less. At this point im pissed and start to clown these guys bc they can’t afford to refund a customer for $100. What a joke. Btw there are other, better, legit companies like this one, that are prob way more honest. I was only charged $8 for a purple pet subscription and the owner helps you win bids. Beware, these guys are a joke and ripped me off for $100 something dollars ha. I’ve sent numerous emails and they just ignore me. Lame.
