Larry was amazing.

It allowed for me to find the best transport driver for my dogs for relocating.

It was an all around amazing experience. As I was filling out my information I was hopeful but didn’t know much about the service. I immediately received offers and Rick was willing to work with my schedule at the drop of a hat. He drove my sweet dog (who I adopted from a kill shelter last minute) all through the night making it possible for her to live. He gave me updates, reassurance, and consideration as I was sleeping. Our dog was also able to be comforted by his sweet Pomeranian who was along for the ride. He was so trustworthy and amazing. I’m forever grateful he was able to assist. Couldn’t have the sweet dog I do now without him. Thank you Rick!!

When you contact this company you will get offers from various transport companies. When you decline an offer some of these drives will offer a side deal that cuts out Citizen and their $120 our giving you a better price. I actually took one of these offers and lost $250. Apparently Citizen doesn't research their drivers.

Rick was incredible!

I was skeptical at first but was really happy I chose this service. Do listen to the reviews and remember that the website has its own fee in addition to what bids you get. Pup was transported in due time by a great driver! Super happy

I have never stopped being so pleased and happy with all my hauls when I use Citizen shipper.

Great selection of pet transport companies to choose from. I received many quotes which made my task of finding the right one much easier.
