I loved the service, and was impressed with the number of bids I quickly received. After accepting a bid, I was quickly given my driver's contact information. However, the fee I had to pay in order to connect with her was equal to nearly 20% of my transport price. Seems a bit outrageous.

I was searching for a puppy transporter to deliver a puppy from a breeder across states and I received a reasonable quote from a driver. But little did I know there is a huge service fee charged by Citizen Shipper($$$) and I need to cancel the ride. Now when I ask for a refund, customer service is like you can only have a credit to use for next shipment and cannot be refunded to my original account. With this ridiculous amount of pricing, I am not sure I will be using this again. Still requesting to get my refund back but .... still fighting

I put out an urgency note. I receive 7 responses within minutes. It was a bidding war. The woman I chose didn't have the lowest price but lived near where the cat was delivered. Hiring her made sense to me.
