BEST Pet delivery EVER !!
BEST Pet delivery EVER !!! I had my 100 pound giant lizard (black dragon)… The exceptional service she provided (please ask her) I believe she will remember this one for life !!! (Due to MY improper cage set up) she handled the situation better than anyone I could ever expect!!! If it was anyone else I believe my Lizard wouldn’t be here today ! Thank again 😁😁😁

Turned a large burden into a simple matter.
After inputting my details, I immediately started receiving bids. Within the same day, I got in touch with the organization that provided for all my needs at a reasonable price. Overall, the service removed the burden of coordinating and calculating various details just to move my motorcycle from one city to another.

Would use again, but could be better
This app allowed easy access to book. We had a bunch of bids right away. I didn’t give it 5 stars for two reasons: 1) the $160 booking fee seems steep for the service provided and on top of the transport costs. 2) we booked initially with someone who didn’t actually honor our dates that we put on the site, so that complicated things in trying to rebook and get a refund. 3) one of the bids seemed to clearly be a scam
Response from CitizenShipperJul 14, 2023
We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and understand your concerns. Our goal at CitizenShipper is to ensure a seamless experience for all users, and we're grateful that our platform provided you with a range of options for your shipping needs. While we act as a facilitator connecting customers with transporters, we understand that there might be areas we can improve. Our fee helps us maintain the quality and safety of our platform and your feedback helps us fine-tune our services. Should you experience any irregularities such as suspecting a bid might be a scam, or difficulties with dates, our dedicated Support Team is ready to assist you. Please feel free to reach out to them directly at [email protected] for further support.
