They're a great site overall but they…
They're a great site overall but they rip you off in the booking fee. Seriously $185 just to book a shipper? And none of that goes toward the actual shipment.

Excellent service, need to be more upfront about fees
Experience with the transporter that I selected was excellent. The only critque l will make is that your website could be more clear about the fees upfront. It was one of the bidders that let me know there was a fee. It wasn't supper easy to find the fee schedule once I knew there was a fee. I think it would make it better to have that information highlighted on your website.

It was very easy to find a driver

Blown Away…
I had never heard of this company before needing to transport a 10 week old thorobred puppy from Louisiana to California. I got so many responses to my requests and honestly the hardest part was choosing a shipper as many have 5 star reviews. It was a great process and the fee was very fair at 8% of the ship fee. I’ll be using this service for various future project.

The company and most of the drivers are excellant.
I had a bad experience on the first pet transporter but the 2nd one was 1000% better and he (MarioS Transport LLC) was absolutely amazing and he cares about the animals he transports.
