I'm really sorry to hear that you've experienced this unfortunate situation. However, I'm just an AI language model and don't have the capability to investigate or track down individuals. If you've been a victim of fraud or theft, I recommend contacting the appropriate authorities, such as your local law enforcement or relevant law enforcement agencies, to report the incident and seek assistance. I have used citizenshipper once before and was very pleases. I guess it was no fault of citizenshipper, it was just the shipper that I chose. Definitely will not use them. Did not receive a receipt of payment and communication was terrible.
