From the first interaction with this shipper, they are rude, horrible and unprofessional. Whoever answers the phone #252-679-8172 is unprofessional and cannot handle a customers complaints. They are not very clear on their instructions on who needs to get the money. My mom left 9 voicemails to get our dog delivered today by 12 and it is now 6pm and no answer, where is the dog? DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER. THEY ARE A SCAM.
