I disliked the fact that I had 1 driver steal from me, I dislike the fact that 1 driver had to cancel due to not being able to meet the pickup time. But I do like the fact that your customer service responded pretty quick and tried to make the situation better. I like that I didn’t have to pay your fee multiple times. I do believe that I deserve a free trip for my next ride due to all the hoopla, but I will likely utilize your platform again. Unless someone can make a platform that guarantees any money paid to a driver gets refunded in the event they cancel or scam.

Citizen Shipper made it very easy to connect with available pet shippers for my move from Louisiana to New York. I feel that the processing fees are a bit high and I'm still not totally sure what it included. Nonetheless, the shipper I worked with was fantastic and I had a no-hassle interaction. I will probably book directly with that shipper next time if I ever needed it.

CitizenShipper is not a trustworthy company. I had to cancel my booking due to unfortunate circumstances that were out of my control, and when I asked for my booking fee back, they said, "Unfortunately, in cases such as this, our cancellation policy allows us to offer you site credit up to the amount that you have already paid, which can also be transferred over to a friend or colleague". This is a scam, and I am very disappointed with how I was treated. I gave 2 months advance notice of my cancellation, and the drivers were very understanding and sweet. However, the company is not compassionate at all and will steal your money. Do not walk, RUN from CitizenShipper.

Transport Citizen Shipper helped me get bids on transporting my fur baby and I had a wonderful driver!! Toyamarie drove my fur baby from Denver CO to Bradenton FL (2100 miles) She was beyond reasonably price, she has life 360 so you can track your baby the whole drive. She sends videos every three hours to show live updates. She was very responsive anytime I had a question. I was very comfortable having her transport my dog and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!!!

Honestly we had a horrible experience with this company. We were trying to find out the least stressful way to move our beagle in a cross country move. I spoke with a shipper and liked her. I went to the main site to book a 170 deposit. I then came back to chat with our shipper and she says she will only take cash app or Zelle. We said we really would like to pay with a card. (The move is wiping us out). No can do. I cancel and ask the company for an initial refund due to not being able to use a card and they refuse to refund us. $170 doesn’t seem like a lot but it is when you are striking actors having to move across the country! I also just got through cancer surgery. This was really unprofessional and not ok. They also DO NOT have any phone support. I won’t be using them ever again.

Jayla handled all of my questions and maintained great communication. Kira was very pleasant and ensured that my pup was delivered just fine. Five stars for them. The reason that this is a four star is that Citizen Shipper was not up front with the inflated $200 hidden fee.
