Thank you for helping me and so hopefully the future will be better Improvement increase. I'm glad that new learning to me

Bridgette and Mike S made the process so easy. They were friendly, helpful and compassionate during a rather stressful situation. Thank you

Evan B. Was so helpful at explain and answering any questions. I often worry if these things are a scam but I had no feeling or question that he really wanted to help me and made things super clear for me. I felt comfortable going through the process with him till the end, and the fact that it was personalized that if any question I may have arise after I hang up, I can call him right away. I am really relieved and excited to becoming debt free. Thanks again!

Even is awesome. I appreciate him running me through everything, answering questions and taking time to help me get everything figured out. Excellent customer service.

Let me tell you, I highly recommend Citizens Debt Relief for anyone experiencing financial hardship... Both Paul Hyland and Desiree Vincent have been amazing to work with... I eventually decided to not proceed because I was blessed with the ability to take care of my debt right before my start date with Citizens... That'z not discrediting the beginning process I experienced with Paul, and the cancelation procedure with Desiree... Desiree did not challenge me and even gave helpful tipz that made complete sense... Thank you both Paul and Desiree!!! Your existence iz pricelezz!!! Cheerz to helping out sOoooo many!!!

Evan was wonderful! His upbeat attitude and patience made all the difference in dealing with something as overwhelming as debt. Thank you.
