I cannot say enough about how successful my journey has been while using tirzepatide from Citizen meds. I have lost 42 pounds since November of 2025 and that includes having to skip 2 months in April and May of 2026 due to back surgery. I feel so much better

No way to speak to anyone in customer service. You can only contact them through email and wait for a response. When I had an issue receiving less than the amount expected I notified them at the end when I was missing the last dose. They would not reimburse me unless I could show the vial full. But I didn’t know it was short until the end. I’ve been a customer for at least two years. Never complained and feel they should’ve sent me the small dose I was missing. Instead they left it unresolved due to a policy which allows for errors that are financially in their favor.
