The medication is spoiled. It is supposed to be clear to light yellow: instead it is blood red. You tried to Posion me.

Daniel, the liquid is red color because of the B12 in it. We have thousands of happy patients. B12 is added to help with nausea!

Natasha, As per FEDEX tracking, the package was delivered right in front of your door, there is a picture evidence as well. We never received any email from you, so not sure how you reported it to us.

Citizen meds is truly the easiest company to work with. I have multiple subscriptions. I trust the quality of the products after using them for a few months and I really hope to continue working with them because their products have really helped me turn my health around. Anytime customer service reaches out to me they are so nice and responsive. And there the only place that has a HomeKit for zinc that I can find! Just love this company.
