You guys changed over to UPS to deliver my GLP1 and NAD+ I was thinking about changing suppliers as you were shipping with FedEx and my orders as example would ship on a Wednesday and sit in their warehouse and it would be Monday or Tuesday of the next week before I got my order. All the Ice you had put in the order melted and medication was warm. FedEx is not the company I want delivering my medication.
