I ordered the "high dose" of NAD+ paid almost $200 and I got a super tiny amount it was not a weeks worth. I am taking 1ml or 100 units 3 times a week I should have got 1000mg. Contacted the company and was basically told sorry you can order again. I feel ripped off. They did not offer to solve. Very misleading.

Everything is sent fast, packed well with an ice pack. I tolerate the Trizepitide pretty well. It’s working. The two suggestions I have are : it would be so helpful to give a loyalty discount. The medication is expensive. As the weeks go on the price increases due to the increased milligrams. To retain customers please consider giving us a discount. It gets increasingly difficult to afford the medication. Keep us coming back with some type of loyalty program. The second suggestion is, it is nearly impossible to reach customer service. It is frustrating to email and never receive a response.

I did my research on costs and ratings for what I was looking for. I decided on Citizen Meds and glad I did. They have made the experience so easy and seamless. I would highly recommend going thru them for any online meds.

This product has worked great for me so far

I've been using CitizenMeds for a compounded GLP-1 for the past 4 months. I've been taking less than what was fully prescribed for the 4th month (100cc) and only administering 70cc because I am only 15 lbs from my goal and I noticed a lot of weight-loss in my face and hoped to slow it down a bit. Well when I was drawing the medication from the vial I thought it looked like I wouldn't have enough for the entire 4 weeks. Which didn't make sense since I was only using 2/3 the dose prescribed. When I got to my 4th week I was right in my assumption, I could only draw out 40cc. I contacted CitizenMeds and right away they wanted photos of the vial, pictures of how many needles were left which doesn't make sense since you would only use 4 a month and I've gotten 4 bags of 10. I told them that and they said they will contact the pharmacy and let me know. I'm really disappointed. I've spent a small fortune with this company and they can't make it right with a paying customer and they are treating me like I'm being dishonest. I will not reorder from them, their lack of customer support is worse than the fact that I was given a vial with less than what should have been in there.

Meds are fine/better than others with the added B12 and Glycine, prices are so-so but better than most depending on dosage, lack of medical support is terrible and there must be far more support from actual clinicians, customer service is kind of sucky.
