They are so freaking rude...I've never seen such bad service in my life, Yesterday evening, I ran into rainbow upon entering no one acknowledged me, then upon checking out the big black girl was really rude, I was standing at the counter for about 5 minutes, then when she finally came to the register, she walked up and said WHAT IS IT WHAT DO YOU WANT and before I Snapped come to find out she was on her phone with the ear phones in her ear. NO APOLOGY OR NOTHING She has a bad attitude DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. EVERY CITI TRENDS I HAVE BEEN TO CAHOKIA, FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS THEY ALL HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES.

The clothes deals. But the cashier in Ypsilanti was rude he threw my clothes on the counter he just rolled his eyes he did say Merry Christmas after we said something. Not Customer friendly at all. Kinda wanted to leave my things that's not good to feel that way spending our money

Went into the New Iberia Store and the employee doing freight kept passing on me and wouldn’t greet me and offered no help but when I went to checkout Drelon Mitchell a young man well dressed was very friendly and pleasant as well as knowledgeable because of his attitude I spent $100.00 and I would like to recognize him and his excellent customer service. The times are changing when we spend our hard earned money to pay someone a salary a smile and hello never hurts

Rude staff, the only guy there was the only friendly one. I was reaching for an object and there was a girl somewhat close to the object and I reached for it, she said I was invading her space, even though I was so far from her. Then I went to pay, and she was attending another costumer, supposedly I got "too close" to her saying that I was doing it on purpose, literally did not even get close and definitely not on purpose.
