CitiairReviews of citiairtravel.com

We have been booking our tickets through Citiair lately. Mr.Sesha is one of the most efficient travel agents in Citiair. He is very responsive, informative & helpful. I will always ask for him if I need to book flight tickets. Thank you Sesha! Regards, Swapna Dangeti

I have booked a ticket with this travels and got an awesome deal that no agency given me. I am fully satisfied with price that I have got. Thanks to citiair for giving me best deal and suggest to book tickets from this website.

There have very good team ; I booked flight tickets with them in a very short notice . Service was excellent with nice price range of tickets.special thank to MR Raj Bharath - citiair who made the purchase very easier.

I tried to buy a flight to Mexico online and had a weird experience. I got a call from someone with a very thick Indian accent in the middle of the night asking to verify a 2 cent charge on my credit card. I was awoken and could barely understand her. I told her to call me back during the day, and promptly called my credit card company to put a hold on my card until I could research them a bit and figure out if they were legit. I think they are. But, they don't seem to have a very secure system for online payments. They cancelled my order since I had blocked my card. I decided to go directly to the airline that I wanted to use and pay a little more for a better sense of security and predictability. They look like a company with some great rates to India. I would consider them for that, but I'd do it during the day and I would call them instead of simply using an online system and I would research them a bit more.

Worst customer service. I booked my flight from citiair, now when I am trying to reschedule no one from citi air is responding. I called almost 10 times but there is no response.

If you would like to book a flight for your son, daughter, friend or loved one but won't be travelling with them forget it with this outfit. They must have a serious fraud problem as they will not make a booking without sending a myriad of emails and the problem is yours. They take no responsibility. Extremely rude customer service "yeah like...." For a few dollars more I chose another company that was much faster, efficient and trustworthy. Hate to diss the subcontinent but when it comes to customer service, they've still got a lot to learn.
